DESCRIPTION:Hello all\, \nWe are looking forward to our upcoming professional development presentation which will be held on Saturday 12th September 2026 from 12:00 noon to 1:30pm. \nPlease note the updated start and end time to accommodate our AGM held before hand from 11:00am to 11:30am. \n  \nCV Presents: \nSeeing Differently: Working through a Relational Lens in Therapeutic Practice \n  \nThis presentation will explore how to integrate a relational lens when working with individuals\, with a particular focus on young people in the out-of-home care system. It will also explore how working with horses add depth to the relationship supporting connection\, regulation and therapeutic change. \n  \nSteph Murphy is a registered Social Worker\, specialising in trauma and working with young people in out-of-home care. Steph works in private practice and for an out-of-home care organisation integration relational work\, EMDR and equine therapy. \n  \nSteph will discuss her experience on this topic\, followed by a Q&A and the option to network with others in the industry in small groups\, following the presentation. \nThis is a 90-minute presentation relevant to the Counselling / Healthcare industries\, complete with an assessment component. The presentation meeting link will be provided via email and a ‘Certificate of Attendance with online assessment’ is issued to all members and registered visitors (expressions of interest welcome – reach out via our Contact Us page).
