Seeing Differently: Working through a Relational Lens in Therapeutic Practice
This presentation will explore how to integrate a relational lens when working with individuals, with a particular focus on young people in the out-of-home care system. It will also explore how working with horses add depth to the relationship supporting connection, regulation and therapeutic change.
Steph Murphy is a registered Social Worker, specialising in trauma and working with young people in out-of-home care. Steph works in private practice and for an out-of-home care organisation integration relational work, EMDR and equine therapy.
Steph will discuss her experience on this topic, followed by a Q&A and the option to network with others in the industry in small groups, following the presentation.
This is a 90-minute presentation relevant to the Counselling / Healthcare industries, complete with an assessment component.
