Intro to Hypnotherapy

Louise Jardine is a counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with a special interest in helping people harness the power of the mind to create positive change. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, insomnia, phobias, public speaking fears, and significant life transitions, combining evidence-based counselling approaches with clinical hypnotherapy to support lasting behavioural and emotional change. Louise is passionate about demystifying hypnotherapy and helping people discover practical ways to overcome barriers, strengthen resilience, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

This session shares what Louise’s journey looked like in practice, with real client stories and practical information. Come along to find out where hypnotherapy techniques can be integrated in sessions to have powerful results with clients.

Louise will discuss her experience on this topic, followed by a Q&A and the option to network with others in the industry in small groups, following the presentation.

This is a 90-minute presentation relevant to the Counselling / Healthcare industries, complete with an assessment component.
